Managing Director
With over 30 years property experience in and around Sevenoaks John is a respected expert in Lettings. As he has encountered most scenarios within his career and keeps up to date with the legal aspects of lettings, Landlords often call upon John for advice regarding currently let properties as well as turning to him for valuation advice on future Buy to Let investments. John has been key to the growth of the business over the years and remains key part of its continued success.

Sandie Robbens, MARLA
Executive Director
Sandie founded the company in 1994 having had experience in both property sales and lettings. Sandie manages and oversees the marketing, compliance and HR whilst also working with John on Business Development. She has worked to ensure that the Cavendish ethos has remained the same from its conception. A modern practice with traditional values delivering an outstanding service at a fair fee level.

Katie Elliott
Lettings Manager
Katie has over 30 years lettings and property management experience in Sevenoaks and has outstanding knowledge of the area. Katie is able to provide accurate valuations and investment advice to clients as well as full overview of the whole lettings process.

Linda Clark
PA to the Directors and Lettings Negotiator
Linda came to Cavendish in 2017 as PA to John and Sandie, assisting them with their day to day business responsibilities along with the general running of the office. Linda also assists the Lettings team with registering applicants, arranging/carrying out viewings and overseeing the Landlords Agency Agreements.

Amanda Farrar
Lettings Negotiator
After many years of administrative experience, Amanda joined Cavendish in June 2020 as a Lettings Negotiator. As part of the Lettings team, Amanda deals with phone and website enquiries, registering applicants and arranging and carrying out viewings and then liaising between applicants and landlords when the right property has been found.

Megan Beattie
Lettings Assistant
Megan joined Cavendish in July 2022 to start her career in the Lettings Industry. Megan assists the Lettings Team by registering applicants, carrying out viewings and general administration duties, including running the Cavendish social media accounts. Megan is currently studying for her ARLA exams.

Keeley Marchant
Senior Lettings Progressor
Keeley joined Cavendish in 2020 and heads up the progressing department. Keeley is usually in the office on Thursdays and Fridays, while Angela covers Monday to Wednesdays. The progressing department deals with the administration from acceptance of offer to move in.

Angela Harris
Lettings Progressor
Angela joined Cavendish in September 2021 and is based in the office Monday to Wednesday. Angela and Keeley give tenants and landlords a direct point of contact once a suitable tenant/property match has been made. They guide the process forward from referencing through to move-in, ensuring all legal aspects are covered and tenants and landlords are kept up to date at every stage.

Rachel Walkling, MARLA
Head of Property Management
Rachel joined Cavendish in 2011 and deals with day to day property maintenance, tenancy extensions, property inspections, inventories, check ins/check outs, and deposits. Rachel is in contact with all the contractors on a daily basis ensuring all repairs are carried out correctly and efficiently, liaising with both Landlords and tenants to keep them updated and aware of any situations that arise. Rachel is a member of ARLA and has completed the relevant qualifications.

Rachel Burrows
Finance Manager
Rachel has been with Cavendish for over 10 years. Rachel prepares all landlord statements, co-ordinates collection of rental payments to ensure swift credit to the Landlord, she handles all aspects of client accounting as well as management account preparation.
