Introduction Service
A package of advice and marketing support for landlords who prefer to handle the administrative aspects of letting once a tenant has been found.

 

SILVER
Introduction and Rent Collection Service
In addition to services provided in Bronze, a monthly rent collection service is included.

 

GOLD
Introduction, Rent Collection and Full Property Management Service
In addition to services provided in Silver, Gold includes a full administration package including carrying out regular property inspections, organising maintenance and repairs and organising the smooth transfer of tenancy to any further new occupants.
 

Free of Charge Market Appraisals without obligation
We provide a free, no-obligation service for properties of all kinds. One of our experienced professionals will visit the property, give you an accurate market appraisal and discuss with you fully the implications and procedures of entering the rental market.

In addition, we are able to advise on all kinds of issues related to letting, including legal and tax implications. We are members of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and bonded members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents)  who operate a Client Money Protection scheme.
