Cavendish was started in 1994 by Sandie Robbens. The Robbens
family have had businesses in the Sevenoaks area since 1952.
Cavendish quickly grew from small beginnings with one small
office and 2 members of staff to the established and respected
company it is today. Sandie has worked in the property sector in Sevenoaks since 1989. Working for international and independent companies which gave her an excellent knowledge base before starting Cavendish in 1994. John Thursby joined Cavendish after gaining over 5 years experience in the property sector in Sevenoaks. He soon became a partner in the business and a director when Cavendish became Cavendish Property Consultants Limited in 2003. John has deservedly built his name in Sevenoaks and is well respected as an expert in his field. The Lettings team are located on the ground floor of the offices and John's office close to reception so he is very much a part of the daily running and is available to meet and greet clients. The support team of Accounts and Property Management are located on the first floor of our offices with the Lettings team downstairs. We have built an established and professional team of whom we are very proud. We are constantly reviewing systems and keeping up to date with new legislation. We have become bonded members of ARLA. This protects' clients money and therefore provides our landlords and tenants with security that their money is protected. Cavendish is a thriving and respected company. We are a growing and thriving business and having exciting plans for the next two years. |
